The Delhi High Court, Wednesday granted bail to Sudheendra Kulkarni, ex-advisor to former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and five others in the 2008 cash-for-votes scam.
Justice M.L. Mehta granted regular bail to

* MPs Faggan Singh Kulaste
* Mahabir Singh Bhagora
* Former aide of Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh Sanjay Saxena.
* Political activist Suhail Hindustani.BJP MP Ashok Argal, currently out of jail, was granted anticipatory bail.
